A Workshop on Focused Ion Beam Systems and Applications
Labs to be held on the FEI Nova and Quanta in the North Campus EMAL
All current and prospective FIB users are welcome.

All registrations must be done in this manner.
There is a limit to the number of attendees, no more than 60 will fit in the lecture room.
When the workshop is full, no further registrations will be accepted.
The is no charge for this workshop, the cost is underwritten by the North Campus EMAL (FIB time, coffee and snacks)
