We investigate the nonlinear emission dynamics of quantum dots coupledto photonic crystal cavities in the Purcell regime using luminescenceintensity autocorrelation. Two laser pulses with a controlled time delaysequentially excite the coupled system inducing emission that depends onthe delay and laser power. We find distinct contrasts between excitonand biexciton emission as a function of time delay which originate fromdifferent nonlinearities. A quantum optical simulation is also performedthat accounts for the interaction between the laser pulses, exciton, andcavity mode. DOI: 10.1103/PhysRevLett.110.013602
