Probing the Nanoscale Behavior of Ferroelectric Memories in Real Time

Richard F. and Eleanor A.Towner Professor of Engineering Installation
The College of Engineering will honor Professor Xiaoqing Pan for his appointment to an endowed professorship. Please join Professor Pan and Dean David C. Munson, Jr. for the lecture and ceremony in the Johnson Rooms in the Lurie Engineering Center, located on the third floor of the Lurie Engineering Center Building, 1221 Beal Ave.
Professor Pan will be installed as the Richard F. and Eleanor A.Towner Professor of Engineering and will present a lecture titled "Probing the Nanoscale Behavior of Ferroelectric Memories in Real Time." A reception will follow in the Masco Rooms of the Lurie Engineering Center Building.
