Workshop on X-ray Energy Dispersive Spectometry with EDAX hardware and Genesis Software

This course is designed to familiarize researchers with the fundamentals of X-ray energy dispersive spectrometry and its implementation with EDAX systems. The featured speaker will be Dr. Robert Anderhalt of EDAX who has taught the training courses at EDAX since 1997.

The workshop will provide an overview of the EDS technique, covering both theory and instrumentation issues. The program includes lectures and hands-on experience with EDS analysis using the EDAX Genesis system.

Space is limited for the hands-on portion of the program, a maximum of 25 registrants can be accommodated. Registrants may opt to take the classroom portion of the workshop at a reduced rate.

Registration Fees: Full registration, lectures and hands-on labs $200
Lectures only registration $100
