In the 2019 U.S. News & World Report rankings, the MSE undergraduate program is ranked #2, second only to MIT.

In the just-released 2019 U.S. News & World Report rankings, our MSE undergraduate program jumped two spots from 2018 to #2. Only MIT is ranked higher. The top 5 programs include:

#2 - University of Michigan

#3 - Georgia Tech

#4 - Stanford University

#5 (tie) - University of Illinois 

#5 (tie) - Northwestern University

The U-M College of Engineering is ranked #6 in the country overall in engineering undergraduate education.
