Research Interests Grain boundary plasticity Nano/micromechanics: Nanoindentation, In-situ tensile test in SEM, DIC analysis Microstructure analysis: SEM, EBSD, TEM, FIB Biography I was born and raised in South Korea. I received Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from UNIST, South Korea, in 2022. My research has focused on metallic interfaces (grain boundary and interphase boundary) based on nano/micromechanics. My research experience includes microstructure designing and multi-scale mechanical testing, including rolling, sputtering, EBSD, nanoindentation, in-situ mico tensile test in SEM, fracture toughness test, and fatigue test. My current research focuses on the grain boundary plasticity of Mg alloys by using nanoindentation, in-situ tensile test in SEM, and EBSD analysis.
