matthew.reason@lmco.com Matt received his B.A. in Physics from Hendrix College in 2001, and received his PhD in February 2006, with a thesis entitled, "Structure and Properties of Dilute Nitride GaAsN Alloys Films". He spent three years as a post doctoral research fellow in the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC prior to joining Lockheed Martin as a Research Engineer.  He is currently an R&D Engineering Manager at Lockheed Martin in Goleta, California.
